Geostar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Geostar is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

• Payments are processed through Stripe. Your billing details will be handled securely as per Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• We may change pricing, but users will be notified in advance of any changes affecting their subscriptions.
• All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

By using Geostar, you acknowledge and agree that we collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect:

• API interactions
• Account information
• Customer interactions

We do not sell user data but may share it with third-party API partners required to provide services, including Stripe for payment processing.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our platform (e.g., hacking, scraping, or reverse engineering).

Geostar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.

• Geostar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions.
• In no event shall Geostar’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the last 12 months.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain liabilities, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Geostar if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent or harmful activity.
• We are required by law to do so.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and any remaining obligations (such as unpaid fees) will still apply.

If you wish to delete your account, you can request deletion at any time. Your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
